September 3, 2020 I sat down with Damon K. Jones, Publisher of Black Westchester Magazine and the New York Representative for Blacks in Law Enforcement of America, to discuss Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order requiring every community to develop a modernization plan for its police force.
We were joined by Village of Pelham Mayor Chance Mullen and student journalist Ella Stern, who are currently on a citizens committee to address local police practices.
